mobilestocks_180.jpgFor the opening of the Mobile Monday Barcelona 2008-2009 season, we’re exploring the impact of the financial crisis and the implications for startups in mobile technology with the topic: Mobile Startups & VC’s: Opportunities in Times of Crisis.

On October 13 at the Auditorium of Barcelona Activa we invited some of the most active and knowledgeable local VC’s in mobile with presentations from Nauta Capital, Debaeque and Caixa Capital Risc.

As part of our new initiatives for this season, we invited two local startups, theChanner and Beabloo, and a startup from the Netherlands, Liveskope who will be presenting their projects.

At MobileMonday we believe that the winning projects of tomorrow are being build today. We all know that we are in one of the most dynamic and influential industries of our time: the storm will pass, the future is mobile!
